The Screenpod REVO 1200T is designed to make that difference. Reducing Diesel Dependency with Hybrid Crushing Technology
Fuel use remains a major concern for quarrying and aggregate operations. Following the UK’s red diesel rule changes in 2022, quarry operators were warned they would be “paying a lot more for their fuel,” making diesel dependency both a financial and environmental issue. The REVO 1200T addresses this challenge by offering you hybrid operation with its own genset or connect to an external power supply where available.
This flexibility also gives operators greater control over fuel consumption and site integration. Where electric power is available, the REVO 1200T reduces reliance on diesel, supporting lower operating costs and a more sustainable crushing process.
Turning Waste Streams into Reusable Aggregate
The management of materials is now a priority across quarrying, construction, demolition and recycling. Fines, rejected material, transport costs and stockpiling all place pressure on day-to-day operations. The REVO 1200T supports a more circular approach by helping operators process a wide range of materials. This includes aggregates, asphalt, concrete, construction and demolition waste, glass recycling, aerated concrete, natural rock, sand and stone.
At the heart of the machine is a six-hammer reversible rotor. The rotor works bi-directionally within the crushing chamber. The result is more usable, saleable aggregate and less material left rejected or stockpiled.

Longer Wear-Part Life and Reduced Maintenance Waste
Unexpected breakdowns can affect far more than one machine. Downtime can disrupt production schedules, increase fuel use, delay material movement and place additional pressure on the wider fleet.
The REVO 1200T, however, has been engineered to reduce this impact through even wear across the hammers and impact bars. This helps extend service life and reduce replacement-part consumption.

How the Design of the REVO Came to be
Bill Martin, our Senior Design Engineer, talks about the needs required for the design of the REVO and what makes the machine uniquely Screenpod:
“When the project came up to create something that was flexible and adaptable, we looked into what our client base struggled with. We found that there wasn’t a dedicated machine for sand crushing that was mobile enough. That’s why we took great pride in designing the REVO. A machine designed to crush all kinds of materials whilst being able to travel thanks to its treads. We made sure that there was a controllable reduction as well as being reversible for durability”.
The impact of dust and microparticles on a human can cause irreparable long-term damage. Long-term exposure to silica dust and fine particles can cause serious health risks. The REVO 1200T is available with a dust suppression package, including bars, manifold, water pump and filter upgrade, helping control airborne dust around crushing applications.
